Asheville, N.C. – (September 17, 2012) – Local businesses now have a new option when deciding where to set up their office.Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, has opened its first full service business center at the Biltmore Park Town Square located at 28 Schenck Parkway.

Regus’ new center offers local businesses and entrepreneurs access to a wide range of workplace options, including fully equipped offices and virtual offices as well as meeting rooms and business lounges. Unlike traditional property agreements, Regus’ terms are flexible – meaning clients determine the amount of space they occupy and for how long.

“It’s a great time to be opening in Asheville,” said Donna Scott, Regus’ Regional Vice President. “There are a lot of people in the market who are embarking on their second and third careers, and we look forward to helping them take advantages of the opportunities available in the surrounding area. We are an easy and safe way for them to establish a presence in the market.”

Regus’ move into Asheville comes at a time when the company’s investment in new markets is fueled by a growing interest in flexible working. Businesses of all sizes are embracing flexible working as it has proven to boost productivity, reduce overhead expenses and improve work-life balance.

“One of the great things about this location is that it is a true live, work and play environment. In addition to having a prestigious business address, our clients can enjoy all of the amenities right in the area,” added Scott. “Economic opportunity looks promising. As the city’s economy diversifies we expect demand for flexible space to increase from a wide range of industries.”
