Regus Widens Reach in Mid-Atlantic, Opens First Location in Stafford

STAFFORD, Va. – (Oct 15, 2012) – Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, is helping businesses take advantage of opportunities in the Quantico area with the opening of its first business center in Stafford at 800 Corporate Drive.

The new facility is strategically located just outside of the Marine Corps Base and puts businesses within close proximity to the vast number of government entities in the area. Government contractors, hi-tech companies and organizations specializing in defense and intelligence are among Regus’ top customers.

Regus’ model provides entrepreneurs, small- to medium-sized businesses and international companies a range of options, including fully equipped offices and virtual offices as well as meeting rooms and business lounges. Unlike traditional property agreements, Regus’ terms are flexible – clients can dictate the amount of space they occupy and for how long.

“We offer a safe, flexible way to enter a market by providing a cost-effective local presence from which to explore business opportunities,” said Donna Scott, Regus’ Regional Vice President. “We have a large network of business centers across Washington, DC and Virginia so that our clients can work from any location that best suits their needs on a daily basis.”

One company using Regus in Stafford is Solid Terrain Marketing, makers of full color, physical models of geographic terrain.

"Regus allows Solid Terrain Modeling (STM) to grow as a small business by providing office space and meeting opportunities in various locations. Location is key to the growth of small businesses. The Quantico site is appealing due to its location and proximity to Washington D.C.,” said Sylvia Meza.

“This location is also a great drop in point for professionals who want to avoid a lengthy commute into Washington, DC and work closer to home,” noted Scott.
