Strong Demand Prompts Regus to Double its Louisville Presence in Three Months

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – (August 27, 2012) – Following its successful debut in Louisville this past May, Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, has expanded and today announced the opening of its second business center at10200 Forest Green Blvd.

“We are experiencing significant demand in Louisville from a cross-section of companies,” said Jeff Doughman, Regus’ Regional Vice President. “Flexible working is addressing the needs of today’s professionals by offering a range of spaces that are affordable, easy to access and helps improve work-life balance.”

Technology has made it possible for workers to be anywhere and still maintain contact with colleagues and clients. Regus’ model helps keep productivity high while working on-the-go by providing a professional environment and support team to help customers get their work done.

Regus’ growth in Louisville represents a shift in work styles. As more workers trying to reduce commute times and businesses look to provide policies that improve work-life balance, flexible working is gaining momentum. Employee satisfaction, increased loyalty and a reduction in overhead expenses are among the benefits associated with flexible working.

The new business center in the east end of the business district provides entrepreneurs, small- to medium-sized businesses and multinational companies a range of options – from fully equipped offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms and business lounges.

Regus’ model allows companies and individuals, who want to establish a quick presence in Louisville to do so in order to take advantage of the opportunities available with the biotech, food and healthcare sectors with minimal financial risk.

“There are great opportunities in Louisville for businesses to capitalize on. We look forward to working helping local businesses achieve their goals. With our downtown location and now this center, individuals can choose the best location that works for them,” added Doughman.
