Managing Director Regus - UK Region
Steve Purdy was appointed to his current role in January 2012. As Managing Director of the UK, Steve is accountable for full profit and loss responsibility, overseeing and managing the growth and development of Regus in the UK. Previously Steve worked for IBM for 6 years, followed by various sales, sales management and general management roles with Lexmark International Ltd spanning 17 years. Included 4 years as General Manager of Lexmark Netherlands / Benelux followed by 5 years as Managing Director of Lexmark UK and Ireland. Steve is a keen golfer and holder of a Guinness World Record for most number of golf balls hit in 12 hours into a target area, to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis.

Celia Donne was appointed to her current role in June 2008. As Regional Director, Celia is accountable for the operation of all Regus centres within the south of the UK. Having joined Regus in April 2005 Celia held a number of progressively senior sales and operations roles across the UK business before taking up her current role.

Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Chief executive and founder, Mark Dixon is one of Europe’s best-known entrepreneurs. Since founding Regus in Brussels, Belgium in 1989, he has achieved a formidable reputation for leadership and innovation. Prior to Regus he established businesses in the retail and wholesale food industry. Recipient of several awards for enterprise, Dixon has revolutionized the way business approaches its property needs with his vision of the future of work.
Paul Migliorini (Australia)
CEO of Regus Australia and New Zealand
Paul Migliorini heads global workplace provider Regus' business in Australia and New Zealand, based in Sydney. An experienced senior management executive, Paul has held a number of leadership roles in both Australia and Asia Pacific.
Prior to Regus, he was Regional Managing Director for BT (British Telecom) South East Asia & ANZ, where he was responsible for managing nine different geographic markets.
Paul also spent a number of years in management roles with Motorola in Hong Kong and Melbourne, and was lead consultant within the Telecom’s, Media and Technology group of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting) where he led many major Strategy & Transformation projects across the Asia region for key clients including Vodafone Australia, Vodafone NZ, Telstra, Hong Kong Telecom (now PCCW), Nokia, Commonwealth Bank, BHP Billiton and NTL. Paul spent the early part of his career working in the Investment Banking industry in London.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Melbourne University.
